Yes, we carefully vet every club and their coaches to ensure they meet our high standards for safety, quality, and experience.

Classes may be held either indoors or outdoors, depending on the club. We will make you aware of this in advance. 

Your child will be assessed in their first session, and should any changes need to be made, we will be in touch!

If a class is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Many clubs offer free or discounted trial sessions. Once you enquire, we will be able to provide you more details. 

You can update your account details, including contact information and payment methods, by logging into your account.

Typically, your child should wear comfortable sportswear, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. Some clubs may provide rackets, we will make you aware of any specific equipment you may need to bring. 

Each class has a minimum and maximum number of participants, which varies by club. We carefully vet each class to ensure group sizes remain small and focused.
